DCAI is home to Gefion, Denmark’s first supercomputer optimised for large-scale projects using AI.
What is Gefion?
Gefion is a large-scale NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD. It comprises 191 NVIDIA DGX H100 systems for a total of 1,528 NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs.
Revolutionizing AI: Speed, Security, and Advanced Research Capabilities
The system uses NVIDIA software platforms such as NVIDIA BioNeMo, which can support research in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, and NVIDIA CUDA Quantum, which features simulation tools and capabilities to program hybrid CPU, GPU, and quantum processing unit systems.
